David Proctor

Bass

David Proctor is the senior member of A'Men and therefore, the wisest one by far.  By birth and by choice a life long Texan, he and his wife, Sarah, and their 3 grown sons call the Dallas/Fort Worth area home.  But most importantly there is a grandchild, Adalyn, who is the only one capable of getting "Poppy" out of the mancave on "Cowboys" game day.  She does seem to be in charge!

From singing in school chorales, as guitarist for church youth touring groups, singing in church choirs and holiday pageants... music has always been an important part of David's life.  But when he heard the Cathedrals with George Younce at bass, he was hooked on Southern Gospel Music, and to sing bass for a Southern Gospel Quartet was obviously the next musical path to follow.

David finds encouragement from one of the greatest promises in the Bible,
John 3:16, "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son.  That whosoever believeth..."

WE are the "Whosoever" that God has opened His arms to save.  Amen !!
